Managing personal and company communication: the second meeting at Polaris Naster Academy
A new training event to talk about internal and external communication strategies.
A new appointment with the Polaris Naster Academy training project has taken place over the last few days! This time, the specific growth and learning project conceived by Naster for its employees and collaborators focused on internal and external communication, and, in particular, on professional social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, all-round communication strategies, and sales techniques.
Thus, Naster’s team was able to analyse closely the issues of personal branding and the various forms of internal and external communication (not only via the social media), as well as new sales techniques and the most effective methods to establish longer-term and even more profitable relationships with customers, suppliers, partners.
The second training weekend was also a success, made possible by the presence of the entire workforce of the Naster team, who are to be congratulated on their active participation, attention and willingness to embark on a new type of training path, growth and spirit of inquiry, not only from a corporate perspective, but also from a personal one, as demonstrated by the team's increasing focus on 360-degree communication that can reconcile personal needs and values with individual and corporate growth.
The second session was a new step in a long, multi-faceted and insightful journey that will take us on new routes and towards new goals, together.
