Model 231
At Naster, we do not simply comply with the regulations. Rather, we adapt our organisation to the socio-cultural context around us, with the aim of protecting the environment and the health and safety of our employees. Through process optimisation, data protection and improved workflows, we work to create a more caring and responsible business. As a company we share this commitment to build a better future.
In terms of preventing illegal activities, Naster views the Organisation, Management and Control Model as provided for in Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 as the ideal tool to relieve the company from its administrative liability for offences. Through the application of its protocols, the 231 Model – properly drafted, adopted and constantly updated – enables Naster to reduce the risk of criminal offences being committed.
Furthermore, in compliance with Legislative Decree 24 of 10 March 2023, Naster empowers its employees, shareholders, company staff, as well as third parties who collaborate with the company (such as freelancers and consultants), to report offences and/or violations, including anonymously, through an on-line platform that makes it possible to substantiate the report with detailed circumstances.
The purpose of adopting this tool is to prevent the occurrence of non-compliance or irregularities within the organisation, and also to involve all stakeholders in an initiative designed to fight illegality through active and responsible participation.
